TC Social Affairs & Talent

As the employers’ representative within the sectoral joint committee (PC307), our association plays a key role in social dialogue. This committee brings together expertise and co-ordinates sector positions on sustainable employment relations, talent development, and forward-looking social policies. The focus is on attracting, developing, and retaining talent, with attention to the expectations of younger generations and the impact of a changing business environment, including digitalisation. In this way, the committee contributes to social policies that make the sector future-proof.
