2. Scope and acceptance
2.1 By accessing and using this website, you expressly agree to these general terms of use. These terms apply to the current website as well as any future versions, updates or upgrades. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
2.2 Becobra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the website or by e-mail.
2.3 If any provision of these terms is deemed void, invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

3.1 The public website and the members-only platform of Becobra aim to inform, unite and support insurance brokers and to share sector-related news and events.
3.2 Although Becobra takes great care in publishing accurate information, legislation (such as Anti-Money Laundering, AssurMiFID) and ethical guidelines, these materials are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute full legal advice.
Members and visitors remain solely responsible for complying with legal and ethical obligations within their own business. The use of information or templates provided by Becobra does not exempt brokers from their own professional duties and verification obligations. The final responsibility towards the end-client and the supervisory authority (such as the FSMA) always remains entirely with the broker.
Becobra undertakes only a best-efforts obligation and cannot be held liable for the non-achievement of a specific result.

3.4 Certain sections of the website are reserved exclusively for members of Becobra.
