How can you reach us?
The main entrance to the Phoenix Building is located at Boulevard Roi Albert II 19 in 1210 Brussels (Saint-Josse-ten-Noode). The building is on the corner of Rue des Charbonniers. Our office is located on the 10th floor.
The entire building is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Public transportation
You can travel to Brussels North by train (NMBS-Belgian train). The main exit (Centrum exit) of the station is a 5-minute walk from our office.
Brussels North is also an important hub for buses (De Lijn, MIVB stop WTC) and trams (MIVB).
The nearest metro stops are Rogier and Yser, a good 5-minute walk from our office (MIVB lines 2 and 6).
You can even reach us by boat. From 1st May to 31st October, the Waterbus sails on the Senne Canal between Vilvoorde and Brussels and stops at Sainctelette, a 15-minute walk from our office.
Parking
The parking garage under the Phoenix building is only accessible to Seety app users, for passenger cars!
Visitors using two-wheelers can access the parking garage after registering at the reception desk. They can park in the reserved spaces.
A public pay parking lot, Interparking ZIN, is located a 5-minute walk from the office: Chaussée d’Anvers 59, 1000 Brussels (on the left side of the building of the Vlaamse Overheid).
