Within the framework of the Insurance Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee (ISSDC), the European social partners – BIPAR, Insurance Europe, AMICE and UNI Europa Finance – have signed a joint declaration on the attractiveness of the insurance sector.
The declaration highlights the importance of ensuring that the sector remains attractive to current and future talent. It identifies a number of factors that may support this ambition, including high-quality working conditions, access to training and professional development, responsible use of digital tools, work-life balance, equal opportunities and safe workplaces.
While the declaration has no binding legal effect, it provides a useful sectoral reference for initiatives aimed at strengthening the attractiveness of the insurance sector.
The joint declaration is attached.
