This means that, at present, <strong>there is no legal basis for an entry into force on 1 April<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We regret this situation, which creates uncertainty for both you and your clients, increases the risk of errors in application, and requires additional operational and system-related efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the announcement of this measure, Becobra has pointed out to the Cabinet of Finance the need for a realistic implementation timeline.
