In an earlier publication, we informed you about the introduction of POI on 30 June 2027 and the transition from VeriDass to VeriFleet. Among other things, we highlighted the importance of accurate and up-to-date vehicle data, including for existing portfolios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Becobra has since also contacted its members individually, taking into account their current software environment. These exchanges have not raised any additional concrete questions, nor indicated a need for a further initiative by the association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For Brio users who do not use the Fleet module, Portima has meanwhile confirmed that the option currently available to upload VeriDass files will also be made available for VeriFleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We would also like to draw attention once again to the quality of historical data. As previously indicated, a significant amount of vehicle data, particularly for fleets, is missing or incorrect. Incorrect or missing data can have important consequences for the insured and may ultimately also impact the broker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The period until June 2027 provides an opportunity to review with the insurers concerned where data still needs to be completed or corrected. Assuralia is also aware of this issue and is raising awareness among insurers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Becobra of course remains available for any questions regarding POI, VeriFleet or preparations for the new way of working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
