A copy of the payment invitation is also available in CABRIO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We remind members that these contributions are calculated on the basis of the information recorded in the CABRIO file as at 1 January 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The allocation of FSMA funding among the various sectors under its supervision is laid down in the Royal Decree of 17 May 2012. Insurance and reinsurance intermediaries, ancillary insurance intermediaries, banking and investment services intermediaries, as well as firms engaged in direct distribution, jointly contribute 12.28% of the FSMA&#8217;s total funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For information purposes, the basic contribution applicable to an insurance, reinsurance or ancillary insurance intermediary amounts to EUR 665.49 for 2026. The contribution per Responsible for Distribution (RD) amounts to EUR 133.10 and the contribution per Person in Contact with the Public (PCP) amounts to EUR 99.82. In 2025, these amounts were respectively EUR 636.09, EUR 127.22 and EUR 95.41.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FSMA also collects the contributions intended for the Insurance Ombudsman and, for the entities concerned, the Financial Intelligence Processing Unit (CTIF-CFI).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FSMA Contributions 2026: Points of Attention The FSMA has announced that invitations to pay the 2026 supervisory contributions will be sent by email.
